On The Jersey Shore

We were so thrilled to be invited back to this years Bridgefest held in Ocean Grove New Jersey. For those of you who don't know the event is put on by the BridgeFm radio station. Our radio program " A Daily Walk" is heard Monday-Friday at 6:30 am. The event begins on a Friday night with a concert in the Great Auditorium. During the concert the Gospel message is shared and those in attendance have a chance to come forward and receive Christ. There were close to two thousand people in attendance. I had the opportunity this year to MC the event. I introduced Pastor Jack Hibbs as he shared his testimony of how he came to Christ. Also Pastor Pancho Juerez, who shared the gospel message and gave the invitation. Phil Wickham and his band were there playing music. It was an amazing night seeing so many come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
The following day the events move to the beach. A large stage is placed on the beach. Throughout the day bands play and pastors share from the scriptures. Also this year I was joined by my sons, and we assisted the Christian surfers in their surf clinic. Before each class I had the privilege to share the gospel presentation. At the end of the day we have a baptism. The final gospel presentation was shared by Pastor Rodney Finch, and again many responded. We then go down to the shore and have a baptism. This year was one of the most well attended Bridgefests on record, PRAISE THE LORD! Sunday morning we went to Calvary Chapel Coastlands where my son and I led the worship for the two services and then I was blessed to be able to share from Gods Word. It was an amazing weekend and we are very thankful we were able to come along side of the Bridge family and serve.
